Partnership Form
This Agreement is made between Brown Assets Group ("Company") and the Affiliate.
1. Program Overview:
Affiliate refers clients to Net 30 or Net 60 programs for business credit building.
2. Commission:
Affiliate earns 10% commission on:
– $3,000 Business Credit Accelerator Program
– $7,500 Mentorship Program
3. Payment Terms:
Commission is paid only after:
– Client completes Net-Term program
– Client pays program balance in full
4. Payment Method:
Zelle or mailed check.
5. Legal Clauses:
– Non-Circumvention: Affiliate agrees not to bypass Company.
– Independent Contractor: Affiliate is not an employee or partner.
– No Guarantee: Company does not guarantee results or approvals.
– Dispute Resolution: Any disputes resolved via binding arbitration.
– Governing Law: This Agreement governed by the laws of Georgia.
