What you need to know before enrolling:
Credit repair requires teamwork. We expect all our clients to pay their bills on time, build positive credit, and reduce credit card balances. If you are not committed to consistently following these practices and adhering to the personal action plan we provide, please do not enroll in our services.
As a client in our program, you’ll need to keep an active subscription through our credit monitoring system for the duration of the program. This service costs $35 per month and allows us to access all three credit reports in detail. It serves as our key tool for communicating with the credit bureaus and keeping you updated. If your credit monitoring subscription lapses or is not promptly renewed, your status as a client will be subject to cancellation.
If your onboarding is not completed within 3 days of your portal activation, your enrollment will be canceled. Monthly payments begin 30 days after your initial enrollment payment and are based on the anniversary date.
Monthly billing reminders are sent three days prior to your due date. We will attempt 3 times to communicate. If you fail to respond and/or pay your services will be subject to cancellation.
Updates are processed every 30 days and all communications are conducted via your personalized client portal.
